In the unlikely situation that your order arrives damaged, just get in touch with us via info@dwaso.app. Remember to include your order number and an image of the damage, and we can work it out.
For frozen, refrigerated or freshly baked products, please note that due to their perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
For non-perishable items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. A refund, excluding the original delivery cost, will be processed upon receiving the return, provided it is in its original condition (unopened, unused, in original packaging).
